Welcome to Kew ("the Platform", "we"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Definitions
- Platform: Kew website - Simplify Your Booking Experience and its applications
- User: The business owner registered on the Platform
- Client: The person who books an appointment through the Platform
- Service: The booking and appointment management system
3. Eligibility
To register on the Platform, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Provide accurate and truthful information
4. Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
5. Payment and Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically
- Charges are deducted from the registered payment method
- You may cancel automatic renewal 24 hours before the renewal date
6. Refund Policy
- Within 7 days of subscription: full refund
- After 7 days: no refund
- Annual plan: prorated refund for remaining months (within the first 30 days only)
7. Acceptable Use
The Platform may not be used for:
- Any illegal activity
- Impersonating others
- Sending spam messages
- Attempting to hack the Platform or its systems
- Any activity that violates Saudi regulations
8. Content and Data
- You own your data and your clients' data
- You grant us a license to use the data solely for providing the Service
- You are responsible for obtaining your clients' consent to store their data
9. Notifications and Messages
- We send notifications to clients on your behalf (WhatsApp, SMS, Email)
- You are responsible for the content of custom messages
- You must comply with anti-spam regulations
10. Disclaimer
- The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties
- We do not guarantee 100% service availability
- We are not responsible for:
- Losses resulting from service interruptions
- Booking errors due to incorrect input
- Client behavior or no-shows
11. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you during the last 12 months.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the Platform in a harmful manner
- Fail to pay the required fees
You have the right to:
- Cancel your account at any time
- Request data export before cancellation
13. Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms
- We will notify you of material changes 30 days in advance
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modifications
